V-REFLEXTM NON Reflective Material – Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl Series is made of new kind of heat transfer material. It has good elasticity, the transferred images are durable that not easy to break from stretching. It is with about 110 micron of PET film as substrate, cannot be out of shape under high temperature.
V-REFLEXTM NON Reflective Material – Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl Series only need computer, potter cutter and heat press machine, It is convenient to image without plate making, saves time and cost of plate making, saves manpower and material resources. It is suitable for big artwork, easy to cut, weed and peeling.

Transfer Process
1. Using computer to design your patterns or texts in software
2. Print and cut down the pattern by integrated Printer&Cutter machines.
3. Weeding the useless parts weeder or tweezers.
4. Stick the printable vinyl on the transfer tape
5. Transfer design&pattern on the fabric by heat press machine
6. Peeling (cold peeling)

Heat Transfer (Heat Lamination) Guidelines
Prepare For Heat Transfer (Heat Lamination)
V-REFLEXTM NON Reflective Material - Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl are recommended to follow below info to set up the settings on laminating equipments.
- Lamination Temperature: 140-155 oC
- Dwell Time (seconds): 10-15
- Pressure : Medium
- Peeling: Cold Peeling
Above settings should be adjusted according to the pre-production testing results.
We also recommend below operations for mass production.
- Work on a flat surface where uniform heat and pressure can be applied. Avoid applying film over seams and stitches.
- Place V-REFLEXTM NON Reflective Material - Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl on substrate with the adhesive side down and apply heat and pressure as described above. Place a non-stick slip sheet between the platen and laminating surface to prevent any excess adhesive transfer contamination.
- Allow application to cool to room temperature before removing the liner covering the front side. Place application on a flat surface and remove the liner by lifting one corner and pulling (about 45o angle) in a continuous, smooth manner.
Additional Precautions for Heat Lamination
- 1- Do not exceed lamination temperature listed above as the PET liner may be melt and become difficult to remove.
- 2- The lamination temperature, time and pressure listed above should be used as a guide. V-REFLEXTM NON Reflective Material – Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl should make the trial sample before mass production, after the trial blanching qualified mass production.
- 3- Highly recommend that wash and dry your garments prior to pressing your design. This will also allow the adhesive to better penetrate the garment.
- 4- Fabrics with a waterproof coating on the surface cannot be printed transfered.
- 5- Wood products, ceramic products, glass products, plastic products cannot be printed transfered.
Home Wash (Domestic Laundry) Guidelines
Follow below recommendation could maintain the durability to its maximum lifespan.
Recommendation:
- Wait 24 hours before first wash.
- Brand powdered household detergents should be used, or only use with mild detergent.
- Wash temperature range: 15°C to 40°C
- Do not dry clean
- No bleach or fabric softener.
- Actual lifetime will be dependent upon the detergent system and list dosage level.
Drying Conditions
Tumble Dry: Tumble drying should be performed in a commercially available household dryer
Air Drying: Line drying is recommended where possible.
Hang-Up Drying: on line or rack.
Product Storage
Should be stored in a ventilated, dry, cool warehouse, storage temperature 10~40℃, relative humidity is less than 70%.
Sharp object collision is strictly prohibited, open the package is not used up, please seal, to prevent moisture and high temperature, long-term exposure to wet climate will affect the quality.
Cut sheets should be stored flat.
The shelf life is 1 year from the factory date.
